For most of my life, I worked in food service, managing fast-paced, multi-million-dollar restaurants where precision, leadership, and customer experience weren’t optional, they were everything. Every day was about serving people well, solving problems quickly, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks.
But at some point, I realized something important.
I wanted to help people in a more personal way.

I transitioned from serving thousands of customers a day to serving individuals during some of the most important moments of their lives, real estate transactions, legal matters, financial decisions, and sensitive documents that truly matter.
